A compressed air driven vacuum unit with a large suction capacity, equipped with a silo for stationary or semi-mobile use, which is designed for collecting dusty materials such as granulates, blasting grit and for recovering precious metals. The silo is standard equipped with a manually operated unloading valve. Optionally also available with counterweight or compressed air operated unloading valve, which enables automatic emptying of the silo. For vacuuming SpongeMedia™ , the silo is equipped with a filter bag.
